Chairman and Executive Team

Dr Alan Louis

Chairman

Since graduating with a PhD in Commerce, Alan has spent 23 years at the helm of numerous South African and international companies. He has amassed considerable experience in entrepreneurship, finance, corporate leadership and private property funds. He has spent a large part of his career creating solutions for complex business problems and spearheading one of the Group’s private property syndication enterprises. In 2008 Alan and his father were recognized as the No. 1 executive team in South Africa and also the No. 1 Real Estate enterprise. He currently serves as Chairman of Banque Louis SA.

Patrick A. Wild

Chief Executive Officer

Patrick has a long and successful track record in private banking. He joined Banque Louis from his position as Head Private Banking Overseas (America, Far East, Middle East & Africa) for the VP Bank Group, where he was also a member of the Executive Management of VP Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. Other career highlights include being the Chief Executive Officer at Julius B�r Family Office, serving as Managing Director at Bank Leumi (Switzerland) and being on the Management Board at UBS Private Banking. He currently serves as CEO of Banque Louis SA.

Daniel Schwab

Head Private Banking

Daniel Schwab has more than 20 years business experience in Private Banking. After appointments in Dubai and Moscow, Daniel served in senior positions in several Swiss Banks. He was also responsible for establishing the German and Eastern European Wealth Management desk with HNWI at Coutts Bank von Ernst in Zurich. He joins Banque Louis as Senior Private Banker and Member of the Executive Management, responsible for the Private Banking department.

Marcel Domeisen

Head Risk and Compliance

Marcel Domeisen has more than 30 years experience in banking, compliance, auditing, finance, administration and Human Resources. He fulfills the role of Chief Compliance and Risk Officer responsible for Governance, Compliance and Risk Monitoring within the banking environment.

Luis J. Maeso

Chief Operating Officer

With 30 years banking experience, Luis J. Maeso has a profound know-how in the areas of Project Management, Organization, IT and Operations, which he gained with renowned private banks such as Rothschild Bank and Cantrade Private Bank. Successful assignments abroad with UBS in Asia and the USA complement his vast expert knowledge. At Banque Louis SA, Luis J. Maeso is responsible for all operational activities and holds the position of COO.

Andrew Nardone

Chief Financial Officer: Subsidiaries

Andrew Nardone graduated from the University of Cape Town and is a registered Chartered Accountant. He was a partner in the well known South African firm Greenwoods Chartered Accountants, where he worked for 22 years. His management skills encompass the areas of human resources, operations, conflict and personnel. He also has extensive general consultant expertise in a wide range of areas, including auditing, taxation, compliance & risk management and financial reporting (IFRS).
