We believe it is smart to share business opportunities, which is why in 1968 the Louis family made the strategic decision to partner directly with family friends and trusted associates. This business model was met with great enthusiasm and so Louis Group Property Associations (LGPAs) was born. Louis Group offered its first European LGPA in 2001 and has been expanding worldwide ever since. Today, Louis Group is able to offer property investment opportunities in England, Germany, Isle of Man and Switzerland — and new territories are increasingly being considered.

Louis Group residential property companies typically own a group of apartments or sites with development potential. Good availability of finance allows for buying in bulk (e.g. purchasing a number of apartments in the same development), which in turn leads to discounting opportunities which would otherwise be unavailable. Tenants are attracted by town centre locations with good communications and excellent specifications. However, even greater potential return on investment can be offered by the medium to long-term uplift in property values (even in a declining market) due to the initial discounts attained.
