The result was the formation of Louis Group Property Associations (LGPAs), which were first offered in Europe in 2001 and have subsequently expanded to other jurisdictions. Property investment opportunities are currently offered by the Louis Group in England, Germany, Isle of Man and Switzerland, with other territories also under consideration.
